We recently decided to take a road trip around England and photograph each stop along the way. We started in Cambridge, where we took a stroll around the gorgeous town before continuing on to the south coast and the White Cliffs of Dover. The gorgeous cliffs were beyond worth the two-hour hike to the edge, as were the nearby Seven Sisters cliffs.
What we really wanted to see on our English trip was the beautiful county of Cornwall. Who would have thought that England had such beautiful beaches with clear water, like the beach we found in Porthcurno? We saw all the must-see things in Cornwall, from Land’s End to Cape Cornwall, before ending the beach part of our trip with the most amazing sunset at the Bedruthan Steps. We were almost the only two at the beach that evening, enjoying the view, listening to the waves and just soaking up the moment.
On our way to the Lake District we took a walk around the amazing Cotswolds village of Castle Combe, where we felt as though we were on a movie set! We ended the two-week road trip with a few days at the Lake District to enjoy gorgeous views and long afternoon drives up and down the curvy country roads.

Saw this via Dustjacket Attic and I must say these photos are so beautiful! I really enjoy the country road ones of the cottages and of that black market, it is so mysterious.
